I’ve always been extremely curious about the vegan lifestyle. About a year ago, I was having some problems with self-love, self-image, and was dealing with the remnants of a past eating disorder. When I was first introduced to veganism, I thought I’d only be changing the way I ate. As it turned out, I ended up changing my way of thinking. I’ve learned an insane amount about the environmental benefits of going vegan, and so much more about health and nutrition.

I’m excited to share with you tons of vegan recipes that are quick, simple, and affordable. So whether you’re 100% vegan, or just curious about the vegan lifestyle, this blog will have tons of recipes and ideas that I’m happy to share as a plant-based goddess.
